All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Cop a Camp does not store any payment information. Prices for our Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time. Cop a Camp offers various subscription plans and products. The billing cycle and amount will depend on the plan or product you select. If you choose a subscription plan, your payment method will be charged changes to your subscription plan may result in a change to the billing amount and cycle. While we strive to provide timely and accurate notifications, we cannot guarantee the availability of campsites during the user's specified timeframe. Campsite availability is subject to various factors, including but not limited to cancellations, changes in reservation status, and other unforeseen circumstances. Cop a Camp does not assume responsibility for any inconvenience, loss, or damages arising from the unavailability of a campsite during the user's specified timeframe. The Campsite Notifications feature is provided as a convenience, and users understand that it does not guarantee the reservation of a campsite. Users are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate to receive timely notifications. Cop a Camp is not liable for notifications sent to outdated or incorrect contact information. In the event that a campsite becomes available, users must promptly follow the provided instructions to secure the reservation. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the campsite.
Changes to Terms: Cop a Camp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
