Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy applies specifically to the Campsite Notification feature provided by our app. By using this feature, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Campsite Notification Refund Eligibility

Users are eligible for a refund if they do not receive a notification for a campsite within their specified timeframe, despite the feature being active and configured correctly. To request a refund, users must submit a refund request within 7 days from the end of the specified notification timeframe.

2. Refund Process

Users can request a refund by contacting our customer support team at refund@copacamp.com.au and providing the following details:

  • Campsite and dates of the specified notification.

You must email the support team with the same email you used to sign up to Cop a camp. If you contact the support team with a different email, the refund will not be processed.

3. Exclusions

This refund policy only applies to the Campsite Notification feature and does not cover other aspects of the Cop a Camp app or services. Refunds will not be issued for situations beyond our control, including but not limited to technical issues, server downtime, or changes in campsite availability due to external factors.

4. Changes to the Refund Policy

Cop a Camp reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the app or website.
